Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days to exchange or return the purchased items free of charge. Please take the following steps:

1. Send us a message via the contact page so that we can create a return label and mail it back to you.
   
   
2. Place the item(s) you wish to return back in its/their original packaging and affix the return label to the outside of the box or bag. Make sure the items have all the original labels and tags attached and that they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
   
   
3. Finally, take your return package to one of the DPD parcelshops and send it back to the following address:

4. As soon as we have received your return package at our warehouse, the original purchase amount will be refunded or the articles you wish to exchange to will be sent to you.
